Trevelin - Bariloche: 215 miles



Following the Futalefu river east, we were back into Argentina. This would've been THE place to do rafting, but clearly spoiled by endless beauty day after day, I wasn't even stopping for pictures.


What's another day in paradise?

After a night in Trevelin, we took Ruta 71 through Los Alerces National Park instead of the main road, but the weekend crowd ruined it leaving us frustrated and covered in dust. Past the park, we caught up to Richard and joined forces to track down Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.

Then, we rode straight up to Argentina's hip ski resort of San Carlos de Bariloche. Would have to settle for new tires and come back later for skiing though.
