Puerto Varas - Centinela: 50 miles



After getting pampered for three nights at Andreas' Helmut House in Puerto Varas, we headed north to complete our clockwise tour around the lake, and camped by the water at Centinela, just before Puerto Octay.


Frutillar is like a baby Puerto Varas.


Little church with shingles.


Wooden shingles are a staple of architecture on Chiloé Island and around here.


The volcano follows us everywhere.
